These are the first two reports from an on-going evaluation of the Communities @One Programme which has been commissioned by the Department for Social Justice and Local Government of the Welsh Assembly Government. The evaluation was commissioned early in the life of the Communities @One Programme, with the aim both of informing – and thus improving – the delivery of the Programme and of gauging the impact of what is a new approach to addressing what is also a relatively new issue – “digital inclusion”.
