Keep them up to date and run regular weekly scans of your system to check for unwanted guests
Never open unexpected attachments to emails.
This is how some viruses get past your security software.
Don´t follow links in emails you weren´t expecting, or from companies you haven´t signed up with.
They could be taking you to fake sites or trying to trick you into installing malicious software like viruses.
What do I do with e–waste?
Take old computing equipment, mobile phones and kitchen appliances back to the shop or find out if there is a collection site set up by our council and funded by manufacturers. The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive is now law, so manufacturers and retailers are responsible for disposal.
